Once the software is calibrated, does the software follow the calibration everytime I analyse a new patient or do I have to repeat the process for each new client?

As long as the distance between the patient/client and the camera stays the same, the calibration will be accurate. Put tape or other marks on the floor so that distance is always the same.

You only need to recalibrate when that distance changes or you use a different camera.
