Not a Number error message with Numbers and Question Marks in the error

After I do a posture pro exam and view or save the results I get an error message that looks like this picture.

 

 

The question marks are there to replace the degree symbol that posture pro is not finding on the computer’s language system. This happens when a non-english version of windows is being used. To correct this, in the Language and Regional settings of the Control Panel make sure the keyboard is set to English.

 

The next version of Posture Pro, 8.1, will support 2 character languages like Korean, Chinese and Japanese. Until then, input must be from a computer with English as the primary input language.
