When I click on the posture exercises under Reference Modules I get an error message.

SOLUTION:

two things can cause this error.

1. Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed on the system. This is a free download from www.Adobe.com. Download and install.

2. On some computers the factory setting for a file extension (.doc,.txt, etc.) is set to hide. Posture Pro needs to have those extensions visible.

Displaying the File Extension in Windows Vista and Windows 7
  1. Click the Start menu. ...
  2. Type "folder options" (without the quotes). ...
  3. A dialog box with the title "Folder Options" will appear. ...
  4. Click the View Tab
  5. Click to uncheck the box for "Hide extensions for known file types".
  6. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box.
