How to Use Our New Knowledge Base

Accessing information and answers is easy using our new KB for Posture Pro and other products and services for VenturaDesigns. When you enter the KB you will see the various folders that hold the information. If you are a member you will see all the folders. If you are not a member you will only see a folder for general technical support help.
Use the search window to type in your question and then search for the answer. If the answer is not found you can Submit a Ticket. As you begin to write your question suggested support articles will appear on the right. Most questions have already been answered and are in the KB. If no suggestions appear you may submit the ticket. We will try to respond within 24 hours.
